Born in Cameroon and based in Texas, he connects a global perspective with personalized learning, hands-on implementation, and purpose-driven coaching.

Rose Ndifor Epse Asongwe
Director of Human Capital Resources
Rose brings more than 38 years of experience across management control, administration, and human resources. Her career with Cameroon’s railway sector included senior responsibilities in performance improvement, operational reporting, and strategic budgeting.
At BC Advantage, she focuses on talent, learning, and an inclusive culture where people can grow. She pairs organizational discipline with a deeply personal commitment to helping others reach their potential.
Beyond her professional work, Rose leads community learning, supports couples through communication and conflict resolution, and serves as board president of a savings and loan cooperative focused on economic empowerment. She speaks Mankon, English, and French.
